Ezombala sells handmade cushion covers. The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. The actual products may vary slightly from the images displayed.

Your order is an offer to buy from us. We will send you an email to confirm receipt of your order and details of the products you have ordered. Please note that this email does not constitute acceptance of your order.

The prices of our products are as quoted on our website. Payment for all products must be made by credit or debit card. We accept payment with Visa, Mastercard, and other major credit and debit cards.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location. We aim to deliver your order within the estimated delivery time provided when you place your order. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 7 days of receipt for a refund. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
